Who I AM

I am a seasoned Organizational Development Coach, Master Facilitator, and keynote speaker focused on strengthening leadership and organizational performance by connecting personal values to professional purpose. I believe this approach allows deepened inspiration for individuals seeking greater harmony between their values and professional pursuits, resulting in inner fulfillment and optimal organizational performance. 

I have led learning and organizational development in various hyper-growth tech startup companies, such as; Carvana, Yelp, Cameo, Outreach, and more. I have recently extended his leadership development workshops to support non-profits and higher education institutions. With over a decade of leadership development experience, I am on a mission to scale and grow leaders from all industries, creating world-changing leaders from within.  

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Columbus State University, a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University, Situational Leadership Certification, Certification of Organizational Development and Coaching (ICF), DiSC, and Stregthensfinders.

Beyond my professional passion, I travel the world with my significant other, Joseph, serving as a Toastmasters International officer and playing competitive Pickleball.
